The Experience

Welcome to The Experience, your trusted vacation planning service. Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. A deposit of 70% of our service fee is required to start The Experience planning process.
1.2. Remainder of service fee balance is due after trip options presentation & selection. The booking process will not begin until service fee is paid in full. Failure to make the final payment may result in cancellation without a refund.
1.3. Full Trip payment must be made by 60 days prior to the trip. Failure to make the final payment may result in cancellation without a refund.
1.4. Payments can be made via Zelle or PayPal
2. Deposits and Refunds
2.1. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
2.2. Any payments beyond the deposit may be refundable at our discretion, depending on the cancellation policy outlined below.
3. Cancellations and Modifications
3.1. Cancellations must be discussed with us, but refunds are not guaranteed.
3.2. Refund eligibility will be subject to factors including supplier policies, the timing of cancellation, and the nature of the booking.
3.3. Any request for modifications (e.g., date changes, destination changes) is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3.4. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the full forfeiture of all payments made.
4. Travel Documentation and Requirements
4.1. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations for their trip.
4.2. The Experience is not responsible for denied entry or additional costs due to incomplete documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
6. Liability Disclaimer
6.1. The Experience acts solely as a travel planner and is not responsible for issues arising from third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, or transportation services.
6.2. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances that may impact travel plans.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. The Experience is not responsible for trip disruptions due to events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, pandemics, acts of war, or government restrictions.
8. Agreement to Terms
By booking with The Experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
